Let me know what your needs are even if they aren't listed here and I will either do it for you or will recommend someone who can!
Your car will be stored indoors overnight for the duration of the project and your classic will receive my full attention to get it in and out as soon as possible.
Labor Rate: $150/hour
Parts supplied by the customer are not under any warranty or guarantee.
I will work on classic vehicles from the 80's and 90's on a case by case basis.
I do not provide computer diagnostics of any kind.
This is my first car, a 1979 Mercury Capri with a 2.8 V6 and 4-speed manual transmission. It had a sunroof and a gazillion miles on it (give or take a million). It was 1990, I was an awkward 17 and in love. In love with the car, in love with the freedom it provided, in love with the sounds and smells, in love with all of it.
I woke up one morning when I was around 6 years old and realized I loved cars. More accurately, I loved anything with an engine and wheels. Cars, trucks, planes, trains, tanks, whatever. I played with matchbox cars mostly all the time, if I wasn't building cars out of LEGO's, or drawing cars on paper, or daydreaming about cars.
When I got my first car, it was a rusty, dented glorious machine that was mine. I immediately spent all my summer work money to take it apart and put it back together again with new paint and parts. I put a CB radio in it and antenna on the rear decklid just like the General Lee. I swapped out the plain steel wheels with Mustang turbine wheels. I didn't know what I was doing, but had a lot of help and advice from people who did. Some days I feel like that kid is someone I knew a long time ago, but other days when I don't know what I'm doing and am getting help and advice from people who do, I am that kid again.
From then until now the path of my life has taken many twists and turns, but a common theme has been buying cars and making them better.
If you have read anything on this website, you can see that these days I am playing with cars fulltime. I will continue to prioritize work on my restorations, but would like to extend an invitation to other car lovers in my area that may not have the time or ability to work on their precious classic. Tell me what needs your car has and I will let you know if it's something I am able to schedule in.
It would be my pleasure to help you keep your classic car on the road.
